Supertech™ Ultrasonic cleaning Powder Concentrate

Ultrasonic cleaning is faster, easier, more thorough and safer than most other methods. Ultrasonic sound waves moving through a cleaning solution create an effect called cavitation, the rapid formation and implosion of microscopic bubbles. Heat enhances the process.

Supertech™ UCPC is an environmentally friendly and effective cleaning compound in powder form formulated for removing mounting proteins, carbohydrate, pigment, mineral residues, silicate, phosphate, cement, temper colors, rust, metal oxides, waxes, grease and oil films etc from objects to be cleaned. Highly recommended to use ultrasonic agitation to enhance cleaning process and to reduce cleaning time, after it being dissolved in water in the ultrasonic cleaner. It is powerful enough to remove contamination without brushing.

General description

Special alkaline cleaner for ultrasonic bath, powder concentrate, pH 11(at 1%), active ingredients more than 95%.
Contamination:
Proteins, carbohydrate, pigment, mineral residues, silicate, phosphate, cement, temper colors, rust, metal oxides, waxes, grease and oil films etc.

Objects to be cleaned:
Glass, plastics, rubber, steel, stainless steel, precious metals, ceramics.

Usage:

1 bag (60 grams per bag) of powder concentrate makes 10 liter of ultrasonic stripper solution, best working temperature 50 - 80°C.
